Three Awesome Things That Happened To Me Today
1. After I took a shower I watched drops of water fall down my nose. It was so close to my eyes, that it looked like two streams of water appeared out of nowhere in the middle of my vision, fell diagonally, crisscrossed, and kept on falling till they disappeared again. It was the coolest thing.
2. As I was walking home from giving my taxes to the post office, I saw a little rabbit hop down the alley.
3. I figured out that in a timeless universe, mutability and contingency (and potentiality too?) are the same thing, which helps reconcile Christian philosophy with different philosophies of time. It's also gotten me to playing with the idea of timeless causation. This is pretty insane stuff. I love it.
