FINALLY!!
So today after I worked 9:30-4, I went to Edison. I planned on raising hell if I had to, to whomever, but it was not necissary! I asked the lady at the Transcript counter to tell me if my degree had been awarded and she said "Would you like to talk to Ray Medherst? He's in charge of it," so I was like...OMFG yes! Haha..ok so I didnt really say that. So I proceeded into the office, and told him what had been going on, and he asked me to have a seat. He told me my name sounded farmiliar and that he might have just awarded my degree yesterday or today. So I was like OMG THANK YOU!!!! Soooo my transcript has been sent to UCF, so we shall now wait and see. Im so happy this was resolved before I went away and hope I have some kind of answer from UCF when I get back from Alaska.
