This is to let you know that due to a VERY messy custody dispute, and the fact that certain posts I made to this journal and other communities I belong to were brought into a court hearing as evidence against me, I will be gradually archiving and deleting posts on this journal in preparation for shutting it down completely. I will not delete the journal until I have archived all material, however. If anyone knows why I can't seem to use LJ Book on this year's material, please let me know.
I appreciate all the support I've gotten through LJ in the two years I've been writing here; I hope that those of you I know IRL will stay in touch through email or IM. For those of you who I only know in LJ-land, perhaps I'll be creating a new LJ someday. If so I'll try to let you know. For now, don't expect to see many new posts, as I'll be keeping my journalling to old-fashioned low-tech paper for quite some time to come.
And as a last update on the mess...yes, I lost my custody hearing today. My girls have been taken away, yet again, for ridiculous reasons based more on my ex's desire for revenge and control than any real danger to them from my relationship to D. I am required to show that I have broken off all contact with D., I have to have a psychiatric evaluation (more proof that this is about my ex's hatred of me), and can only see my girls for 2 hours maximum two to three nights a week. This is for thirty days. Oh, and did I mention that my ex and/or his lawyer hired a PI to follow me? Which is how they found out I had posted bond for D. (a mistake, granted, but meant well at the time). So, in the next thirty days I can expect to be followed, watched, surveilled, etc. at any time and probably constantly. I am looking into counter-measures. However, the situation is very dire, hence the electronic cleanup.
