Decus first met Kefka when the clownish mage was in a near-death pinch. Kefka amused Decus on many different levels, so he didn't mind hanging around Kefka. Eventually they had a talk where Decus then considered Kefka a good friend. There was even a warmish fuzzy moment when Kefka was blowing up dolls.

Decus first total younger sister-complex. When he first met Akane, he wasn't in his highest of spirits. Later on they continued to meet, and his barrier was shattered. She's just too adorable to him. Even during the storybook adventures, he wanted to take her out for ice cream, despite the threat of a lightsaber stun gun.

Decus first met her back at the Halloween Ball, when he had his half mask and dyed hair. The two talked about their missing lovers making Decus feel partially attached to her through understanding of their situations. As of now, he's currently on a shopping trip with her and feels a lot closer to the princess.

The two first met when Raven made his Splendor debut. They had a conversation about picking up girls, which Alice would probably stomp Decus into the ground for even talking about the topic. The old man seems amusing, so Decus wonders what their next encounter will be like.

Decus feels pretty bad when he thinks back about how he first met Trunks. He and Trunks were thinking of ways off of Splendor, and one that came up was dying. After a bit, Decus was convinced that that might actually work and continued to make Trunks believe he'd try it. Even so, Trunks didn't leave which made Decus respect the younger man.

Decus first encounter with this rash girl was a nice bop to the face, followed by an ice lady who nearly froze them to death. The next time they met, Decus had closed up quite a bit despite having her attempting to cheer him up. If he ever runs into her again, he plans to thank her for attempting that.

Even before Splendor, Decus had some recollection of their meetings. Of course, he found out that this Colette was from 2 years back during the world regeneration process. Her personality puts him at ease making him wonder what things would have been like if they had met sooner rather than later.
