I did not delete it. The mods did. Why?

Oh BB T_____T. I'm sorry this is happening to you too. I have gone the same shit happening to me several damn times with this stupid ass people. They were properly marked as "mature" and some not even since the ones they deleted recently only had a near kiss, but because it was a sketch that wasn't totally finished it looked like they were shirtless and they were not going to be... I've gotten so angry at that place I was frothing at the mouth and throwing things around, pull my hair while crying. They don't make sense and any idiot can report you and they don't even check and delete them. I've thought of leaving a few times too. I just can't because of friends I have invested there, but they make me sick with their stupid "underage" laws. We are not drawing 12 year old girls with 30 year old men in disgusting raunchy, rapist poses, but people of same age in love, but noooooooooo that is not allowed. Instead they prefer to leave hate drawings, nazi shit and insulting racist crap over what we draw. I wouldn't blame you if you leave hon. Even though I'll be sad, because I'll miss you there T_____T.
They just don't get it and they bunch up all that under the same crap and they discriminate on us ship fanartists. I had a really pretty deviation called Eclipse too, where I had Ichigo and Rukia kissing from the shoulders up, showing skin and that one is GONE too. I just posted a deviation with Ichigo's head and arm and appears naked. Let's see how long that one lasts -______-.
Don't worry about it. Post them here on the LJ or in www.paperdemon.com where I have most of my sexier stuff. I just don't take DA seriously anymore. They totally fucked me over, to the point I don't know some times what to put there anymore, ponies and rainbows :( . I'm an adult and I have adult tastes geez! It is totally insane.

Wah Peca-chan!! I am so sad and frustrated and mad! Really? How unfair of them! I have seen much more inappropriate artworks in dev but that doesn't get deleted! I have a feeling this has something to do with the ichihime troller. This all happened after I reported a spam mail and comment in my page. The messages and pms were so many, i had gotten out of hand. Plus their comments about how orihime and Ichigo are perfect for each other doesn't even relate to the artwork I made So i believe I have a right to report that. That's why I can't believe my work got deleted just because it got reported and with an underaged nudity title to boot! And to think this only happened now after 3 years of that artwork staying on. Wtf is that? The work doesn't even scream underaged... and the nudity was well... not nudity AT ALL! Im so mad!

I thank you for the paperdemon suggestion. I might use that. I am currently looking (with much gusto)for a site other than dev (who seemed to be going down the drain little by little in my respect book)

And most of all, I thank you for your support and the many people who also share the same sentiments as you and me. You're right. There are more who support me out there. I will show them haters and mods! *HUGS!*

There, there love *pats BB on the head*. I know exactly what you mean. Specially when you look around and you see awful shit that passes as art there and it is allowed to stay over our labors of love, because we enjoy drawing our favorite pairings/character etc... They have prejudice against fandom and I revert you to this entry I made in 2008 where a mod in the DA spoke his mind about this "underage drawings" business http://peca-06.livejournal.com/11704.html . You might've seen it already, so I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself.

Paperdemon is a good site and a lot of people frustrated with the stupid DA have gone there. I like it, but it is not as widespread as DA is, so the contact with others seems a bit more limited.
DA is just idiotic with their regulations and quite unfair.

Geez, yeah, screwing with you season always starts when a lot of goodies for other pairings like Ichiruki appear. Then magically your stuff starts to get deleted, even though it has been there for years and I'm really suspicious of the Ichioris. I even went and retaliate on some reporting ones where Orihime had her boobs out and Ichigo was touching them etc *pukes*. I normally let them be, but I was really pissed after years of being hunted and targeted on by these hypocrites, when they have things like that and nobody has reported them at all. It seems they have the upper hand too, because Orihime is supposed to be more 16-17 and more suitable to be with Ichigo than a 150 year older woman presumption bullcrap idea. So they delete more Ichiruki stuff that "crosses the line" to them. But to me is very subjective and up their interpretation as they deleted yours, that only had Ichigo without a shirt and just because she is on top, they assume. Mine was just showing the upper torsos and Rukia was leaning in for a kiss and it got deleted and reported as "too erotic" @__@ here it's my rant about it http://peca-06.livejournal.com/32372.html (there was a serial reporter there as well you should be aware of him too http://peca-06.livejournal.com/33148.html ), yeah... Anyways, just take a deep breath and put it behind you. They are morons and don't take them seriously as to what they think about your art. It is not worth the pain. You can cry on my shoulder whenever you want *HUGGLES*.

So in the end, what they are saying is that, DA as an artist haven, is just a facade. In the end, they are all the same, money grubbing idiots.

It's funny how they say Ichigo is underaged (in US LAWS that is) In Japan, age of consent is 14.. so maybe they should step back and re-open their minds that other cultures and race are using deviantart too. If they don't want to open their minds, then might as well make dev art exclusive to US citizens.

The fact that Ichigo is a fictional character means he can be anything to a creators mind. So what if Kubo made him 15? he's 17 now.. that means Kubo made him age because he wants to. And the same goes for me who wants to make a Fanart to portray Ichigo as someone older. THAT IS WHY it's called FANART. I borrow the character to make him portray something that he isn't in the original. Geez. DA rule makers should got to college and study again...
