This whole week I feel like it should be the next day already. Yesterday I thought today was Thursday, today I keep thinking it too. BUT IT'S WEDNESDAY! Geez :D I don't know what got me so confused

That's how I started my Yoga class. It was 8 times and I liked it so I started a contract. A few people say it's more like housewife gymnastics instead of REAL Yoga but I honestly don't care as long as I'm comfortable doing it. I'm able to relax there and I have some good movement for my body and that's what counts for me.
I hope you'll like your class.
I'd love to try Zumba but I don't wanna join a fitness center and I'm afraid that I look like a donkey trying ballet in such a class.
I found one that is really close by, but I'm not sure if she has any openings right now because she only takes 4 people per class. My mom would go, too, so I'll have to contact her and see if she has any openings for two. She has two classes, one for beginners and one specially for the back muscles. I don't care which one we take, but I hope one of them will work out :) it's 10x 90 minutes. And I only have to pay 30 euro, the rest is paid by the insurance.
LOL I'm already overwhelmed with the step classes. I don't think I could do zumba. :D Is there places that do Zumba classes where you just pay for the class? I've only ever seen it at gyms so far. Maybe you find a place that gives you a trial lesson? See how it feels when you try?
Only 4 people per class!? I think that's cool so she has the opportunity to help every single one of her students. Pretty cool. I'll cross my fingers that you'll get in with your mum.
I don't know. I've just seen it in a Sportverein and I need to get a membership there. Sure...it's cheap because you can also attend other classes. But I'm not sure because all the people there are very sporty and I don't wanna feel like a donkey. I have a huge selfesteem problem there. But I just thought that there's a class with the VHS? I need to take a look.
Yes, I would really like to get in there, the small classes sound great. I hate getting lost in too big groups of people. Thanks :)
It's possible the VHS has a class. They have Yoga and Pilates too, so why not Zumba. it's worth taking a look :)
It's one thing to pay a membership, if you want to do more than one class. But for just one class, it would have to be cheap enough that it makes sense. Which, most of the time, it doesn't. That's why I'm so glad this studio opened over here. Maybe they'll get one in Hildesheim soon too :)
Me too. In my Yoga class are 6 people and that's already a lot for my taste.
They have a class! But first I have to wait what my cars going to cost. Maybe I can take the class that starts in January 2015.
True. I think we have a quite cheap membership but I'm not sure if I'll go regulary because I'm not THAT much into sports. Maybe I'll take a look what they offer for the membership.
If you take it in January, you'll have something to look forward to :)
Even if we only took one class a week at the gym, it would still be cheap. But I think all the Sportvereine and stuff around here want quite a bit more money than the gym takes. So, if I'm not sure how often I wanna go, they never were the right fit for me. But who knows what else they have on offer!? :D Looking it up won't hurt :)
Oh, I didn't know he was gonna be without a job. Did I miss that or didn't you mention that yet? Doing it together might be a good idea :) You can do something together and still do something that will help you health-wise, as he was planning to do something like that too :)
Yeah, he just didn't have the time yet. And I totally understand that he's not in the mood to go running after a 12-hour workday.
I didn't mention that, I guess. He got his notice of termination yesterday. His boss was kind of kicked out. He was expecting that and he talked to his drivers about that. It just was much sooner than expected. Since Patrick thought about leaving himself he's taking it relaxed. He's trying to get through 4 more hell-ish weeks of 12 to 14 hour days and then he's free to search for something better. Maybe he finds something in this area so that he won't have to drive that much anymore just to get started. I think all this will work out for the better.
Seeing how off I was after my 12 hour day last week, I can REALLY understand that :D
I hope he'll find something that will be better for him as a job. I'm glad it's not something that came as a real shock and more something that will help him along anway :)
I hope you'll like your class.
