101 Shootings
So, yesterday morning there was a shooting, that resulted in a fatality on the route that I take to work. What is really messed up is that I should have been at that exact spot at exactly that time if I had been heading to work as per usual. I work in Sherman Oaks at 8:30 AM on Sundays, I usually would leave at about 7:45 and get there at about 8:20...passing the spot of the shooting at about 8:10-8:15. The shooting happened at 8:14.
I left for work an hour early because Mel had a writing deadline and was stressing about needing to be home alone and in the quiet. I said that I would go to work early and grab some breakfast before my shift, which I did....That freaks me out. I got there at 7:45. Now to go get on the 101 this morning...
