Gods, I don't even remember being in school. I graduated and went right into the military. My favorite class in school was probably art.
Here's what I liked about the military:
1. Running. It gave me time to think.
2. Flight, obviously. The first time I got in a Viper, it was like hearing a call from the Gods. That sounds really stupid but it's true.
3. I learned how to play cards in the military. I won a lot of money, some of those frakkers were terrible card players, Gods.
4. All the hot men in uniform. Frak me, I'm only human. I'm a girl who appreciates well-built guys in uniform, or doing push-ups without a shirt. The eye candy was nice.
5. Structure. I know you think that's frakking crazy, given my...uh, record of insubordination or whatever, but I liked having a routine.
6. Authority figures I could actually please.
7. Uniforms. So much easier than school, where the other girls thought it was a frakking fashion show every day. I was never really into that.
8. Shooting guns. Shut up, it was fun.
9. Drinking.
10. Graduating.
