I just made the best panini ever[well, not as good as Ieper paninis]. Very mature cheddar, ham, splash of wooster sauce, black pepper, pinch of salt, bit of extra virgin olive oil and popped in the oven under a low heat for 5 mins.
About to be followed up by a massive cup of tea and a cherry and almond croissant.
Dead lovely.
