"At about 7:55 p.m., Shayna Pritchard of Kenai, Alaska, 18, was traveling eastbound at milepost 8 of Forest Service Road 832, about 15 miles north of Rifle. The front right tire of her black Jeep Wrangler went up the side of a hill. The Jeep rolled 14 times, coming to rest on its left side. Pritchard was not wearing a seat belt, was partially ejected and sustained fatal injuries. A male passenger, also not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and transported to the hospital with minor injuries."
