Hi ladies!!

I have two words for you: SHIRITAKI NOODLES!!! They're kind of weird, but sooo low calorie and like NO carbs!! I live in the middle of nowhere (temporarily thank god!) and even I can get them at the health food store, so I'm sure plenty of you can get it wherever your local health food store is! They're in the refrigerated section and are in a clear blue or red package (depending on the style) with water in it. They are perfect if you're craving noodles and you can make them into either an Asian style with soy sauce or Italian with vegan cheese/ marinara if you want. I'll post the calories in the LJ cut.

Also, I did really well yesterday. Stuck with an apple at work, then miso soup and those noodles for dinner. Today so far I've had some slices of pineapple and now sipping on a caramel flavoured coffee with low cal light creamer.

I'm at an even 117 as of today. I'm so upset I didn't get to my goal of 115. I really think that 3 day fast fucked me up! No more long term fasting. The third day literally made me sick!! Either way, just hoping to maintain over the weekend so my goal for next week will be 114.

SHIRITAKI Noodles: 20cals for 1/2 the package and 3g of carbs per serving!! At first 1/2 the packet doesn't seem like much, but it really does fill you up! The noodles are made from mushrooms and tofu. They come in spaghetti and fettuccini styles... I bought 2 of each hehe.
