passing up a hard clam?

imagine spending a full day with someone whom you don't really get along with in the first place, only to later on have these screaming fights. i know i put myself in this position, but it's getting harder to tolerate.

i need a vacation.

i also need a printer. badly.

i finally jumped on the bandwagon and ordered a cable modem. things will be moving at a normal speed for once.
