frusterated
So I was cleared by the Doc today to return to full duty tomorrow. So I decided to celebrate by perusing an old goal of mine.
In high school, there was a requirement to make the team. 2 miles. 12 minutes. I have never been able to do that and it bothers me to this day. So I am working on that goal once again.
Today was 1402. so.. long way to go.
