Now, the Collection BD-Box and REprise DVD are available for pre-order on Amazon.co.jp and Rakuten. The release date for the both is November 16, 2012.  Since the product number for the collection box is the same as the one of this one, I believe they have decided carry it on the Amazon.co.jp and RAKUTEN as well.

Both shops give 26% discount for pre-ordering those Blu-ray box and the DVD.  Their discount rate changes after the release date, which is November 16, 2012.

It is not written yet, but I presume that the region for those are Region A and Region 2.
