Move Your Waistline to the Basic Percussion
I haven't really gotten a chance to update in the last two weeks --- lets see if I remember ...
Two weekends ago I went to see Shaun of the Dead with Lisa, Bill, Ray, and Cole. The movie was AMAZING - I have never laughed so hard in my entire life. Definitely something to add to my DVD collection when it comes out. After the movie, we came back to campus to make an appearance at 349's 80's party --- which was off the hook. Everyone was completely decked out - by far it had to have been the most authentic theme party I've ever been to. Funniest outfit was a tie between Mike Annear's mullet and sweat-suit and Jeff's YMCA lifeguard getup. Jeff even had a rape whistle which he'd blow and scream "Buddy up" -- totally hilarious. Everyone got pretty shitty and passed out early, so Mike and I were the lone survivors at about 3am. We hung around outside and stayed up til about 5am talking about EVERYTHING. He's a sweetheart.
The next night was the Chameleon club. We had a party in our room and apparently Lisa and I drank way too much, way too fast cause neither of us remember much of anything. Yea I know that's not good ... anyway. From what I remember - we played quite a few games of speed quarters with Joe E., Greg, and Ferguson. I was told that once inside the Club, Lisa and I ran up to the Patriot Mascot and started dancing with him -- don't remember but apparently it was pretty funny.
Last weekend we had a party here on Friday --- it got out of control at one point, but because I stayed sober, I managed to fix the situation and everything was cool. Besides that one incident, nothing really exciting -- however, Zak tried to tell me that I denied him frosh year when the truth is that he had another girl on the side and totally played me. Saturday night was just as quite as Friday, I went to a party with Ferguson, Greg, Joe E., and Kendra --- it was alright, I didn't really know a lot of people there and we didn't stay too long. We ended up spending most of the night in their apartment watching Girls Gone Wild.
Other than all the partying, not much has been happening. I've had about 3 soccer games a week - both teams are undefeated. My trip to Greece in January is official (made the first payment on the trip last week). I've got tickets to see Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, and Jadakiss in Providence on November 5th (floor seats!!!) --- I'm going with Bill, Ray, Adam, and some of Bill's friends from home. And I'm officially addicted to Laguna Beach (the new reality show on MTV). That's about it ... later dayz
