Writer's Block: American Censorship Day!
The wording of the bill is way too ambiguous and therefore lends itself to abuse. Also, as many people have mentioned, it does not allow for due process (sites must be blocked immediately within 5 days no questions asked). Really scary. Go to the Electronic Frontier Foundation website to find out more. As I am writing this, however, the website seems to be down. :-(
