Lace and Blade by Deborah J. Ross (editor)
I enjoyed several of the short stories.
The Phoenix Code by Catherine Asaro
The Shadow Gate by Kate Elliott
Not sure I should be reading a 7 book series as it's being released. I find it frustrating to not be able to read the next book. Especially when the books do not really stand alone.
The Night Bird by Catherine Asaro
This is my least favorite of her books. I strongly dislike romances that involve kidnapping with Stockholm syndrome.
Alpha by Catherine Asaro
Another Thing to Fall by Tess Monaghan
First book I've read in this mystery series, but it's not the 1st book. I liked it well enough to read the others someday.
Smart Permaculture Design by Jenny Allen
the permaculture book with glossy photos we've all needed. Since it's an Australian author I still need to do some climate translation, but it has all the basic concepts nicely laid out. I like her section on things that didn't work out as well as she'd hoped. It's really helpful to see that.
Horizons by Mary Rosenblum
I liked this novel quite a bit. Future SF, interesting plot, good details, good characterization.
The Last Dragon by Silvana De Mari
A little hard to get into at first. But an interestingly novel take on elves and dragons.
The Two Devils by David B. Riley
Ok, I had to build this book into goodreads. Although it's at DPL it's not in Amazon.
It's a fun but flawed book. It's clearly written by and for the white guy audience.
