oh, wow this all seems so foreign to me...
so i haven't posted in the longest time. i'm sorry to leave you all hanging. but i've been quite busy lately. a lot has happened since we last spoke. nothing too fascinating. little stuff, you know? let's begin our story...
i've been working at nyaj for almost three months. my last day is the 20th of august and i can't even wait. don't get me wrong, i love the money. i'm just sick of working and the stupid twits that i work with. so far, i've made over a grand from just working 15-20 hours/week. the pay isn't bad at all, considering that i'm just seating people...8.5 an hour. not shabby at all. well, enough about work...
last week i went to florida to visit my aunt and her family. they moved down almost two years ago. my cousin kristy, who's about the same age as me, flew down and we were able to spend more time together. she is so fun and i just love her to pieces. we would stay up late each night, laughing at absolutely nothing. i'm glad that i had the chance to do nothing for a week. it was relaxing and i'm beginning to realize how much i actually needed it.
skating has been decent this summer. i've been working out in the gym three days/week too. let's say that i'm looking snazzy! ha who says that anymore? ME! apparently the summer program with the skating club ended this week. :( it's starting to show in my skating. my jumps are higher and bigger, or the ones i can land, at least... hopefully, i'll continue to work out during college. my goal is to avoid the freshman fifteen. i'll do the opposite and lose weight! i've worked this hard too long to let it go to waste.
boys, sometimes a girl just needs one...so i like this boy andy right now. i know i probably shouldn't. he's going to be a senior at cchs. he turned 17 in may, and i'll be 18 in december. not a big deal. when keyvan had his fourth of july party, we totally clicked. andy asked for my number as he was leaving. i was all pumped because i thought something might come out of it. well, i called three times, three strikes and you're out. he never called even though i left voicemails. amanda and i saw him on friday when we went to the sad cafe. while i was on the phone with keyvan about the time of his party that was yesterday, she spoke to him about not calling. "if you ask a girl for her number, you call her. if she leaves you a voicemail, at least call her back." apparently he felt bad. i don't know if that was sincere or not. i guess i never will. he said that he might go to keyvan's on saturday. he never showed up so i gave him a call at 930. i needed that. i called and said "hey it's me. it's about 930 and we're at keyvan's. just wondering what's going on. you can give me a call back when you get this. i won't be holding my breath or anything...i guess i'll talk to you later. bye." i felt so wonderful after that. it was like SLAP! you can't grow balls and give me a call, then i'll shoot you down. i will be extremely shocked if and when he calls me back. amanda was so proud of me. she saw that i was upset about it. she gave me a pat on the back for it! :D
speaking of yesterday, so my friend pat was all like...i don't know what he was like! he wanted me to sit on his lap. i was sitting on him for a good 2-3 hours. i sat on bennet's lap because his girlfriend is basically dumping him, but she won't talk or see to him. it's over. everyone knows that! so i sat on his lap for about a half hour, but i went back to pat because bennet's legs were too boney! ha. while i was sitting with pat, he starts like gently rubbing my back and sides. i don't know what's going on. it was late and i wasn't functioning all the way. he has a gf and amanda definitely thought that something was going down last night! i'm hott shit, no lie! but yeah, that's all i have to say about that subject.
i've been writing for a good half hour right now. i'm going to finish eating my yogurt and drinking my milk, then i'm going to hop in the shower so i don't STANK! i have to work at 430 tonight, but amanda is visiting me. yay! that makes me so cheery. i hope you all comment since it's been such a long time. see you in a while, crocodile!
