Speaking of cats...
Anya lives in a large puppy X-Pen set up in a square shape, w/ a bedsheet clothes-pinned over the top to prevent escape.
Well.
Heard a commotion from the general bunny area the other day & went to investigate. Discovered the pen all bent out of shape & the sheet hanging askew. Anya was still asleep in her hide-box. Sammy Cat mewed mournfully at me from inside the pen.
Nope, sorry, buddy... you jump into the bunny pen, you get to stay there for awhile. :P I don't think he was trying to actually get in the pen... I think he just didn't realize that the "top" wouldn't hold his weight. Still, having to live with the consequences of his actions for about 10 minutes seemed the best way to deter future such shenanigans.
Anya never did get up to investigate. I guess kitty crashers aren't a concern in her world... especially when it's her boyfriend. ^_^
