Most of the time I almost enjoy talking to these people. They are pleasant, kind and understanding people who by now are very familure with my situation and know that I am doing what I can to correct the problem

Well... I know that this may not be the smartest thing but you could call your phone provider (assuming that it's your cell phone and not a house line) and ask for your number to be changed since you are being harassed (don't say anymore than that and they won't ask questions)

I had to do that when I got so many that I couldn't sleep... (they picked very odd hours or call multiple times)
