yesterday...
I looked through a box of high school memories, sorting through to make a "crap" pile and a "keep" one. Some of the things i kept:
- some issues of the Vorbote, including our reunion predictions
(simone, yours was that you'd be in politics! {and helping needy children})
- notes I wrote in econ class with lisa
- speaking of econ...
my econ notes, too, just cuz it would feel like a pity to throw away all that time and effort...my chem notes got trashed, though
- stuff from senior prom committe meetings
- German grammar worksheets
- some essays from Mr. Davis' class, even though his random grades without comments still make absolutely no sense to me
- a couple poems from creative writing. who knew i had written a sonnet about the 2000 election??
- a thanksgiving day gram from hanayo
- drafts of my UC personal statement
looking back...life was so simple then...
i also mavel at how far i've come and how much ive grown...
today...
i was at work for 13 hours today! and im sick! needless to say, i'm going to sleep soon
tomorrow...
i wanna wake up early (5:30 am) to work out before work. do you think i can do it? yah, i dont think so either=P
by the by...
past and present merrill students: didja see the commercials for "their eyes were watching God" on tv!?
