Hello! I a serial lurker around here, but now I have a question I could really use some advice on.
After several years of rabbitlessness, my husband and I just adopted a sweet little lionhead girl. She's SPUNKY, and definitely has her own opinions on things! Unfortunately, one of them is that she has absolutely zero interest in pellets. She simply won't eat them. It's been several days, and she's eaten tons of hay, veggies and fruits, but the pellets? She thinks they're great for throwing, but other than that, not so much.
Does anyone have any tips as to how to get her to eat them? She is perfectly healthy and active, and is going to the bathroom just fine. I've had many rabbits over the years, but never one that refused pellets, so I'm at a loss. I'm wondering if she never got anything BUT pellets where she was before, and is now just revelling in the fresh noms. Any advice would be appreciated!
