Happy New Year
For the first time ever, I had a really great New Year's Day.
I went out with a friend today and ran around. We went to Target and she bought a CD and I got some books at Half Price books. It was so great to spend time with my best friend on New Year's! I haven't seen her since summer so it felt so great to get to talk and laugh with her again.
I bought the Castle of Dreams compilation by Masami Tsuda. It's a combination of her "Castle of Dreams" series and her "Room Where An Angel Lives" series.
But...
EVERY TIME I READ SOMETHING BY MASAMI TSUDA I WANNA MAKE COMICS D: D: D:
I can relate to several of her characters on different levels and it makes me want to whip out some paper and start doing stuff.
But anyway. I had so much fun today. Starting 2009 like this has got to be good.
I know I said this last year, but...
YEAH! THIS IS THE YEAR! I GONNA DO STUFF! PARTY SOME! MEET PEOPLE!
