YAY DAY
Went out with some friends today.
We ate at a (I think) Vietnamese ramen house called Hoa My; quite delicious.
Then we went to Game Over. Katie and Ryan bought stuff. It was neat. They didn't have any broken NES controllers. I want to buy broken ones 'cause I'm like..."What if someone needs to buy one and they come in and it's like 'lol sry i bought this to take apart for a costume!!11" If I NEED to buy a working one, I will. But only as a last resort. They also have Zappers, grey and orange. I'll buy an orange one later on; it's more iconic.
Then we saw Indiana Jones and the Legend of the Crystal Skull.
FUCKING AWESOME. It was really great.
Then we bought pizza and played Ryan's Wii at my house. We played Brawl and Mario Kart Wii.
I suck at Mario Kart Wii. I did okay at the Waluigi Stadium track, but I think it's only because I played it so much on Double Dash. He also lent me his copies of Tales of Symphonia (I've wanted to replay it for soooooooo long!) And Megaman Anniversary Collection. Hell. Yes.
All in all, it was a great day.
I know I mentioned it last post, but is anyone else going to Animix in Kileen July 18-20. Apparently, we're going on the 19th, not the 20th. Hopeing to be sporting my NintenGirl outfit (My friend wants to do a guy version outfit, Nintendude) and another friend is expressing interest in being Virtual Boy. I want to get a whole team together someday! >w
