A/N: I was reading some of the Harry Potter's 20 Random Facts Fest and wanted to do this for JE. My first thought on who to write it on was really Jin but I thought Gackt-chan would be the best one to be the first one. For mousapelli for letting me flail over Gackt-chan like mad all the time and jackoweskla for being my partner in crime in so many things and, hopefully, for many more. <3
1. Gackt-chan was born to Akanishi Jin and Yamashita Tomohisa through a total miracle (or a freak accident if you asked Kame-chan. Uebo always stifled a laugh at this and muttered "fertility handshake" under his breath.) on a lovely late Saturday afternoon. Her father, affectionately called Pi-tousan, was away during a Shounen Club taping. When he heard the news, the taping ended within a half hour. To this day, whenever Koyama or Nakamaru wanted to hurry the juniors along, they merely had to mention that fateful afternoon and reap the results.
2. Gackt-chan wasn't sure why she was named after Uebo's favorite idol nor why her silly parents chose to name her in Uebo's honor but she was pleased that no one else (other than Gackt-sama) would ever have the same name. It made things easier as the youngest "Jyuinya ever".
3. Being the daughter of two immensely popular Johnny's idols, Gackt-chan learned a few things. One of them being the fact that she could make anyone in the Jimusho cry. And could do so since she opened her newborn eyes and gazed at them cutely from her Okaasanishi's or Pi-tousan's arms. She learned it didn't really work on people outside of Johnny's Juniors but they didn't really matter as much as everyone inside did. But that lesson didn't come until she was much older. Like at 3 years old.
4. Another thing Gackt-chan learned was the importance of color. Pink was her color. Hers and Pi-tousan's and sometimes the other Juniors and even Yasu-nii-chan's. But Okaasanishi said that other colors were really important too and it's what made the pink really pretty. And Okaasanishi always looked good in lots of other colors. Not as bright as Yasu-nii-chan or Maru-chan but Ryo-sama always looked good in the same colors Okaasanishi wore. So Gackt-chan observed everyone and decided that other colors were important too.
5. Sadly, Kame-chan didn't really think so when she colored his white pants in Kanjani Eito colors.
6. Or his shirt in Arashi-nii-chan colors.
7. One of Gackt-chan's favorite games was Photoshoot. It was much better than playing House because all she saw her parents doing was be stuck together at the mouth against the refrigerator or on the bed or in the baths or on the couch. Uebo said that they shouldn't really be doing that in front of Gackt-chan but she's used to it. It wouldn't be Pi-tousan and Okaasanishi if they didn't get their mouths stuck together lots of times every day. Sometimes, they get their mouths stuck to other people too. But only sometimes. And usually whenever they get lost but they always get found and then get stuck back together. Gackt-chan couldn't quite figure it out but forgets because U-kun gave her a really yummy ice cream cone and shared his with Ryo-sama.
8. Photoshoot is always fun because it had three things. It had lots of color. It had people who loved her. And it had a space for her to mimic with her ponies. She always liked being the director. But the color had its appeal with the girl who always made her Okaasanishi the fake kind of pretty. Gackt-chan always wanted to try her hand about being the fake kind of pretty.
9. So she did. Bright turquoise went on her eyelids and a splash of red on her lips. Okaasanishi came in and his hair fluffed out a bit at the sight of her workstation on his dresser (where he and Pi-tousan kept their makeup). Her favorite times was whenever Okaasanishi taught her to be the fake kind of pretty without looking super fake like those girls who walk around Harajuku with the fake tans and the really white lips and eyes. Kame-chan said that the fake kind of pretty was only needed during performances and photoshoots and Gackt-chan was determined to master it.
10. Yasu-nii-chan, Maru-chan, and Subaru-ji-chan disagreed with Kame-chan. They told her that she can play with colors and be as fake pretty as she wanted with them. They also said something about Osaka style that Gackt-chan wasn't too sure of but she liked the bright colors and didn't really care. Especially since they gave her clothes that were hot pink.
11. HOT PINK! The BEST shade ever!
12. Gackt-chan went on tour with her parents once. It was great fun and everyone was Gackt-chan's buddy, Pi-tousan said. He didn't even mind when she stood on Kita-nii-chan's feet as he swirled in circles on his rollerskates nor sat on Massu-chan's back as he did lots of pushups while she sang "WE ARE PEAS!" at the top of her lungs in the dressing room. But then again, Pi-tousan's mouth was stuck against Shige-chan's. Or was it Koya-kun? Or Tego-chan? Ryo-sama? Gackt-chan forgot when she caught sight of Taiga pretending to be leader and she had to correct him. Firmly.
13. She liked being on tour with her Okaasanishi. Kame-chan was there and could be counted on to show her the ways on how to manipulate the other juniors properly. He called it "being a good Junior". Koki-chan laughed and said it was really the ways of being a good senpai. Gackt-chan listened avidly and noticed later on what Koki-chan and Kame-chan were doing behind the costume rack. Junno-chan gave her a creampuff right then and she didn't get a chance to watch for very long. But yay! Creampuffs. Okaasanishi's favorite!
14. Gackt-chan took a picture of the creampuff with her pink cell phone, pushing memorized buttons to send it to Pi-tousan. He would be sad he wasn't there to share it with her and Okaasanishi. She clutched it to her chest and pushed off to find Okaasanishi, screaming at the top of her lungs for him. Because Okaasanishi would stay lost if she didn't scream loudly. She learned that on the train station that one time she cracked the window.
15. Some of her favorite hugs from Okaasanishi were the ones she got every time Okaasanishi was found. And this time was no different. Okaasanishi always smelled good and Gackt-chan loved running her chubby fingers through Okaasanishi's hair (despite Kame-chan's scoldings to never mess with a Junior's hairstyle but she knew Okaasanishi never minded. Even when her hands were sticky with green tea custard from the creampuff).
16. Ryo-sama's too. But he would just make funny faces and yell things at Okaasanishi and Pi-tousan as they laughed. Sometimes at U-kun and Uebo too but he would sit there for Gackt-chan until she finished feeling his hair. Uebo later told her that anytime she wanted to pet Ryo-sama's hair, she was more than welcome to. U-kun just laughed and said that it meant it was time for Ryo-chan to change his hairstyle. Gackt-chan thought the yellow hair looked nice on Ryo-sama. Especially with a bright green sweater. Not that other thing he wore. Gackt-chan even called him on her cell phone and told him so.
17. Gackt-chan loved going to the onsen. She liked how the water made all the boys flail a bit before sinking in. And how they all teased each other with loud calls and singing little ditties. She also liked sitting in Okaasanishi's lap to watch the steam rise off the water. Sometimes, she's not sure if Naka-chan is blushing from too much hot steam or from the teasing remarks as Taipi-chan starts singing Vanilla or when she and Okaasanishi joined in on the singing.
18. She can't stay in the onsen for very long because the steam caused her to see funny things and Okaasanishi always pulled her out right before that happens. So, she sat on the wicker chair nearby, a towel wrapped around her like a toga and her legs swinging in a staccato, and eating the lychee and caramel ice cream with Okaasanishi and drinking blue raspberry juice to cool off. It's one of her favorite moments of the tour.
19. As much fun the tours are, Gackt-chan is glad to be home. She hadn't seen her Pi-tousan and Okaasanishi get stuck at the mouth in ages and she misses it. When they get home, she goes for a walk with Ryo-sama and U-kun and Uebo, finding all sorts of neat things at the park that wasn't on the tour to show them. They smile at her and she's happy to see her favorite swing. After swinging on it, she decided that the swing was just as comfortable as the wires and Tego-chan shouldn't fall down anymore if he did this really neat trick she learned from Fumi-chan. After Ryo-sama called her to go home, she screamed out "KEEP THE NEWS!", her own mishmash of song names as she hopped onto U-kun's back.
When they arrive, she screamed for Okaasanishi and he appeared, safe and sound, in the doorway to his bedroom. Pi-tousan showed behind him and they smile as she did that junior sprint and hugged their legs with all her might.
20. Gackt-chan knew she was destined to be the best and youngest "Jyuinya ever". Her parents and their huge group knew it. All she needed was the new Juniors to know it too. But it turned out that she didn't really need to make sure. Because Taiga did it for her. Gackt-chan grinned and cornered Taiga behind the costume rack. Just like a good senpai. Koki-chan even said so.
