Short and Sweeeeeeeet....
I am so amped up on caffeine right now...
So, I have come to two very important conclusions...
1. I love a good cheesy pop song, hence the listening to "Your Body Is A Wonderland."
and
2. I have an unhealthy, but very loving obsession with eBay. I spent three ungodly hours of the night bidding on random music memorabilia, and when I found myself getting outbid, I actually got angry. Like real emotion...anger. It was insane and very unlike me. I was a woman possessed, I'm telling you! I may need to seek counseling for this...
Lastly, on a sort of side note, when did "Your Body Is A Wonderland" go from being sweet and sexy to just completely cheesy?
Because it has.
It really has.
I think it was when it was picked up by radio and then all those lame frat guys starting using it as a means of seduction.
Note then to lame frat guys who use "Your Body Is A Wonderland" as a means of seduction: Even if John Mayer himself played that song for me, I still wouldn't sleep with him. In fact, I would probably walk away laughing hysterically and tell everyone I know what a cheesy attempt at pseudo-romance in hopes of a one night stand that was. It's time to pick a new song...in fact, it's time for a new technique, period.
