You mentioned you do crunches and not situps. Thats good. New research is starting to suggest situps do more harm to the back then good for the abs. Crunches are much better.

You can probably lose weight on crunches. I wouldnt really recomend pills and such but I am a pro exercise guy. Fiber helps you eat less and they make fiber you can add to a drink of water and its tasteless

Good to know. They also have like powerbars and such with fiber, right?

I eat a lot of breads....does that count? I can't help it, I freakin love bread and there's always some in all of my foods. Fuck Atkins. :P

Well I was actually referring to pure fiber suppliments. Fiber is very filling and adds nothing to body weight. In fact it helps cut down on other calories and cholesterol you eat. Bread is good if you are referring to whole grain bread. But you are probably not getting enough fiber as only a rediculously small portion of the population does. And I do reccomend the powdered fiber you can buy anywhere.

I also believe atkins should be banged hard

Ya, I meant additional fiber. Because most people dont eat enough fruit and veggies and whole grains to get it all. I certainly wasnt suggesting to NOT eat fruit
