So I saw Saved! It was quite a satirical piece if I do say so myself. I thought it had a nice original flair to it and an interesting story line. I dont feel like analyzing it right now. Woke up today and then hit up Great Bridge Pole Vault camp. I cleared 13' which ruled all. Came back. Washed my Car. Played some Halo. Turned in my checks for Nicaragua. Chez and I had an awesome hang out sesh today. I love being with her and we just understand each other so well. I listened to some Spock's Beard.
Ok, take 5 gallons of sweetness from California Guitar Trio and Nat Prass, then eight tablespoons of badassness from Bon Jovi and Frank Sinatra. Finally, spice it up with the musical genius of John Mayor, Dave Matthews, and Paco DeLucia. You get Spock's Beard. Not that any of the aformentioned artists have any influence on their music- they play progressive/epic rock/electronica combo deal. hard to explain.- but Spock's Beard is disgusting. Well, just the music- the bassist is always in the pocket, they play in random time signitures like 11/8, 3/4 and 5/8-6/8, and it's always epic. However, the lyrics stink like a skunk in a sewer. Check em out though. Just shut off the lyrics in your head, and all you will hear is goodness. Devil on my Back and Thoughts Part II are both intrumentals- and they rule. oh oh oh. and, check out Pseudopod. My friend Mikey got me hooked on these bands. Pseudopod is like Dave Matthews.
