No, nothing like that! xD Here in my city, the coldest weather we have would be about 18º or 16ºC... In the south of our country it can get colder, like 5º or 3ºC... but I never been there when it was that cold! We have lots of rain during summer. Actually it's raining right now... And looks like skies are falling down!! O_O
