asrflker OH TEDDY. I love his poor, fragile but NOT brain. I also perversely love how much Greg there is in your Teddy stuff so far because if there is one person I have been thoroughly taught to love to hate it is Mr. Norris. Also, love the irony of Teddy being fixated on the Skull jib so early on.

OUR tussah IS A VERY (deservedly!) LUCKY GIRL.

I. I have a problem. I think I am becoming obsessed with Greg Norris. a;lskdjf IDEK WHY, i just have this strange inexplicable urge to, idk, de-villanize him or something, and it makes no sense, and I don't know why I want that, why I want to give him backstory where maybe he's not actually a total shithead, or at least explains why he is the way he is and unfortunately the more I think about Teddy the more I want to write Greg this is a problem.

Well. I am just taking a page from Marvel. They think they are being all subtle, and I just don't have it in my heart to break it to them that they are not. :P

You mean kind of how Heinberg thought he was being subtle about Billy and Teddy's relationship? To the point that so many people figured it out and he wound up having to make it official several issues earlier than he'd planned?

Oh yeah. Subtle as a brick to the head.

Well, I was more thinking of how it was like "Gee, you think Teddy might be a Skrull? Teddy? Like, possibly? A Skrull? OMG HE'S A SKRULL, WHAT A SHOCK".

Eeee, your Teddy is just ADORABLE. And I love how being on a team just instantly makes his day FANTASTIC. And the Skrull thing sticking, it totally sticks. At least in my mind, Teddy being called a Skrull is pretty much him being dismissed as "not human", which makes ickle human-if-only-in-his-mind Teddy go D:

Aww, thanks! Teddy's all OH CRAP I WRECKED EVERYTHING, but then he's like, 'oh wait maybe I didn't wreck it, maybe it's better', because clearly running around in tights is superior to everything. *pets him*

I wonder if was a bit of relief for him to find out he was a Skrull, if only because he could stop wondering constantly.

He's also running around in tights with three other boys. Who are all hot and either in-shape or getting-in-shape, because they're super heroes. That would cheer me up, certainly ;)
