[WTB] KABAの羊毛のウイッグ
I'm been searching for those gorgeously long mohair/Tibetan ram wigs for a while.
Earlier, I do recall asking lightlybattered about the one modelled by midori in their Fairytale shoot, and she'd informed me that the wig's from KABA. Only at that time, I hadn't known how to search for Japanese BJD dealers, so it'd slipped my mind.
I encountered another Japanese doll owner's blog with her dolls in such wigs earlier this wig, piquing my interest in the wigs again.
After a morning's search on Google, Y!J, plus following a false lead to the paraiso webshop (thanks, raining_on, those boa wigs are pretty awesome, too), I finally, finally happened upon KABA's blog.
Now the problem is, how do I procure a KABA wig? I've tried poking around on Y!J as well as DoA, but nothing has turned up. Do they only sell them at Dolpas and other Japanese events? T_T Anyone knows if they sell them online?
From KABA's blog, I understand that they will not be participating in the December 12 Dolpa, though their friends, "the HSB" members are.
I'd much rather get one instead of attempting to DIY, which would be by braiding unraveled yarn to one of Luts' mohair wigs. I'll be happier supporting the original maker than making what feels like a pirated copy. -_-""
