Opera!
I signed paperwork for a new job today. I'm dressing for Opera Australia's Spring season, starting next week and running until Dec 15. The bookshop has been fabulous about me basically deserting them for six weeks.
Madame Butterfly, Lucia di Lammermoor, Salome. Blood and gore for everyone!
ETA: Oh, and in never-rains-but-it-pours fashion, I also got a call this afternoon asking me to dress on Warhorse. I turned them down, because it clashes with the end of opera season and Christmas trading for the bookshop, but it's a shame, that looks like an amazing show. Maybe they'll still need dressers in January:)
