I went on a similar diet years ago where everything was no. I lost a lot of weight but gained most of it back. But my no list was too long! I needed to include food. LOL!!
Oh i didn't gain the weight back. I did the fast metabolism diet and it worked. Although I didn't eat all those things, the diet kept me full of good and healthy food. I had meals every 3-4 hours.
Grazing is the best way to lose weight because it's not really dieting-it's eating less food throughout the day. My weight shot up to 215 pounds when I was unemployed for 5 years because I ate like 4 meals a day, heavy with carbs.
I found a job in 2015 and in a year I was down to 170 lbs because I could no longer eat fattening meals as I moved around a lot for my job. I would graze and eat fruit, yogurt, nuts, etc. Now I'm at 165 lbs. I'm not thin but at least I don't top the scales at over 200 lbs anymore!
LOL, I did this for 60 days last spring and need to do 30 again and then every so often. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Once I got into a routine, it was boring eating the same thing every day, but after doing it, I felt great!
I would not last a week!! That's too many food groups to give up. That list should have been limited to three no-no foods at the most (and still allowed us to eat baked potatoes).
