it's really hard to keep a place so big as that moderated with that kind of posting. I: It's...pretty much why I don't even bother to watch that community anyway. I mean, I watch game news websites enough to eventually get the information anyway. plus i'm not really as huge of a pokemon fan as some people might think i am DDD:
I don't usually watch the Pokemon community (too many people asking for game advice) but I had a good laugh about the Minun/Plusle picture on the first page.
Yea I don't watch it because I'm not a huge fan of the games (I've only completed one of them......... :D) and they update like eleventy billion times a day kind of like me
To be fair though, if I hadn't have been watching the Poke-comm, I wouldn't have found out about the Collectors-comm through a once-in-a-million post about plushies. So if I hadn't have been watching it, I wouldn't have met you guys and spend ridiculous amounts of money on toys XD <3
I used to go to stuff like Serebii everyday for news, but not over the past couple of years *shrugs* Maybe once this Gen comes out, I'll go searching for more. I like to look for my news rather than have it delivered to my Flist XD;;
Awww, don't worry. We still love you <3 ...So long as you like some of them right?...RIGHT? XD
Haha I got reffed into the pokemon collectors community by two of my buddies. :I Also because I had already been sort-of collecting Turtwigs by just going to local animu stores and cons and stuff. (I still think my turtwig collection is the hugest one i have even though I don't actively buy him anymore lol)
Yeah, I hear you on that. They update way too much, which is why I won't watch them (well partly...) I watch gaming news feeds on twitter, and are delivered via echofon...which is good enough for me. XD; I used to obsessively check those sites like 4-5 times a day, BUT NOW I DON'T HAVE TO. i'm watching them for one game announcement mostly but one of those is where I got the original scoop on Gen 5 (ps: i was the one to start the spark in those other communities with the gen 5 news :I
( ... )
I'm just RAAAAAAAAAAAge at the pokemon comm in general because- I hate to say it- but some of the posts they make are just stupid.
There are both common sense questions, and questions that could be answered with a simple trip to GameFAQS instead of a bajillion posts about the same thing. Most of the "news" on there are things we've known for a long while.
This new pokemon does not need to be introduced to us 8648732656 times on the same comm. >.> In consecutive posts, no less.
