Got an eye appointment tomorrow. First one in a long time. Kind of half-excited for it, cause it means I get to go glasses shopping and get something new :D Half-not

XD I get excited because it really isn't everyday I get to go for glasses. I usually get a new pair every four-five years or so ^^

Yay! :D I think it might because they were little kids, because I've always found Takeru just a little too OOC in Adventure 02. I know he grows up and everything, but there was barely any sort of nod to his younger days really. That's something that's always bugged me about him >.<

Holy crap woman, that is impressive! O.O! I'm trying my absolute hardest not to spoil the new game for myself while enjoying looking around for information and fun little tidbits about stuff. The fact that you haven't been spoiled that long for any fandom is amazing!

of course, avoiding spoilers is easy when you're not looking around the fandom XD;;;

They are cute. They made me squee at the end of the anime where he gets shot in the eye and poor Riza's begging him not to die >3< I've seen a little bit about their past. I think her father's connected to Roy somehow right? And she has this whole giant tattoo on her back related to him somehow. *shrugs*

Yeah, they're kind of bad. Even worse with 5Ds cause they managed to give Jack (who is essentially the Kaiba of the series) an Australian/British/something-or-other accent for no real reason, and the female lead Aki has the most generic female voice that you can get. >.> They've been awful at picking good voices to their roles over the past few years.

Except for TMNT. The voices for that series were spot on and I love the job they do! :D

The only fandoms I've had spoiled are Final Fantasy VII (because my friends like to talk too much) and Tales of Symphonia (because I joked about who Kratos really was and my friend told me I was right).

Speaking of 4Kids, have you seen the Shaman King dub? Admittedly, that's the only 4Kids dub I actually like (the voice actors sound like they actually enjoy their roles), but they made some very odd decisions when choosing the VAs. For instance, they gave the Chinese kid a British accent. lol What are you thinking, 4Kids?
