Feels like home
Tra la la. I just finished moving AGAIN, believe it or not. Our townhouse is so new and clean it seems like a hotel. I'm reading Memoirs of a Geisha, which is really hard to put down! And I'm writing of course, as usual. I'm trying not to distance myself from my high school friends, but it's hard...I don't want to stay in touch with The Past. In other news, the store manager at the Johnson Creek Hollywood was fired the day before yesterday, and I'm covering for him tonight. I've been working at both stores for the last few weeks, and he really needed to go. I mean, what a dumbass...How hard is it to finish filling out a deposit you've already started, or to switch out the reader boards with the new releases?? Not very! I also had to work from 9 am to 7 pm last week (and miss class) cuz he couldn't find a baby sitter, which is his way of saying, 'it's nice outside, so I'm not coming to work.' Oy. So, I'm afraid it's off to work I go!
