Scones

For 6 really good chunky scones: 300g self raising flour, 100g of butter, 100g sugar, milk to bind.

Less than that & they come out too small & weedy and crumble when you try to split them. Unless you really do only want to make 3 scones, in which case, what kind of monster are you....?
