By Emer O'Sullivan and Dietmar Rösler (Rotfuchs, 2006).
Juvenile, the story of Paddy, an Irish boy (original name, oder?) who moves to Berlin and discovers a whole new world. Or something like that. The novelty of this story is that it switches frequently (sentence to sentence, paragraph to paragraph) back and forth between German and English. The English isn't always perfect, but then, I don't envy whoever had to edit this book. I suspect the German isn't perfect either, but mostly I just read along in the hope that I get the gist of what they're on about.
Free to a good home.
