OH MY GOD EVIL!SAMMY. OH MY GOD JO! OH MY GOD MEG!! They totally had me going for most of the episode ...go writers!
I just ...I don't even know what to say. This episode just BROKE me. Sam falling apart knowing that he killed that hunter, Dean trying to hold him together. Is it just me, or is Sam begging Dean to kill him becoming a theme this season? And then Dean with his, "I'd rather die." AHHHHHH. *flail!*
Also, I totally didn't expect to see Jo re-emerge for this episode (which goes with what I've been sayin' about the Jo thing, and that Kripke didn't just trash her because we didn't like her ...), and it totally caught me by surprise. Seeing possessed!Sam hold her down like he was about to rape her made my blood run absolutely cold, and I didn't even figure out what was going on until he started talking about Jo's dad.
I can't tell you how totally relieved I was that Sam was actually possessed.
"One look at Sam's dewey, sensitive eyes, and it'll have me right out that door."
The twist that the possessor was the same demon that had possessed Meg, back for revenge, was AMAZING. There were so many twists and turns and suprises in this episode, I LOVED IT. Seriously, I feel like the writing has taken an amazing upswing post-hiatus, and it's reminding me all over again why I watch this show. :)

p.p.p.s. Wtf is up with next week's episode? I missed half of the preview because I didn't think it was actually the preview, but then I looked up and was like "Wtf?"
