Oh, airport, how I hate thee ...and what's with the monkey screams?

So, am currently supposed to be IN the Bahamas ...instead, am sitting at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale, now going on over an hour delay. This is the worst trip I've had in ...about as long as I can remember. If the delay gets much longer, we'll be held over until tomorrow, because they can't land in the Bahamas after dark (so I'm told).
