Good to Hear from you! unwrittenkitten November 28 2009, 22:52:50 UTC
Im sorry to hear about the kitty. They do get us all worked up when they're sick don't they? Our siamese put us through an emotional roller coaster (along with a financial one) last month. But I just can't help it. He's my boy, and he's in pain. Im not going to say 'no' to treatment.

I hope he's feeling better soon.

And good on you for looking out for Pudgy. Its a shame she doesn't have a permanent home, but at least she's got a warm place to curl up, and some food. I'd be a 'sucker' too. In fact I have been. Even going so far as to pay vet bills for a stray who I couldn't take in.

PG just hooting around. That would be so great to see! Even dressed as a Hobo! *Laughs* I'd be dying to see how he ordered his coffee. What section on the newspaper he'd read first. Id spend some time tracking him, (and probably arrested for stalking) just to find out little tidbits like that. I mean, a more normal thing would be to just ask him. But I don't know how well that conversation would go. *Grins*

And yay on all the little things done around the house. They make all the difference don't they? Its so nice when those little things finally get done!

Longest comment EVER! Anyway.. good to hear from you. Thanks for the inspiration to get my fingers over to my own journal.

Hey, I was actually thinking about you the other day!

Yes, I agree about not saying no to treatment. I made a promise to all of these guys when I adopted them that I'd take care of them. I'm just glad I can.

I've been tempted to get Pudgy in to the vet but I'm afraid what they might say--and that she might freak out. She's content to be an outside cat (she was definitely someone's pet once) but I do give her the good flea treatments in the spring and summer.

From what I've read about PG, he seems to be a pretty normal guy who likes to eat pizza, tacos and burritos. I've also seen some pics of him outside of CSI and it's pretty obvious his wife doesn't dress him. Some of the shirts he's worn looked like he slept in them first.

Doing all this stuff around the house really gave the place new life. It's 35 years old so it needed the lift.

Longest reply ever but it's always great to hear from you! Now go update your journal!
