I think I had decided on a plan at this point, so they are gonna live in an outhouse I'm planning to build. It's at the corner of the lot, gonna take half an hour just to WALK to the carpool.

But still...the money!!! Sold it of course. They don't need a TV right now.

...so I got Joanne to start a new hobby! Gardening! Too poor to afford a greenhouse though. They are ridiculously expensive, greenhouses.
