Commander, I've taken some time and looked through everything from Sub-Lieutenant Uchiha that I could find on the network. It seems he has made contact with one of the crew members of the 4423. I cannot be sure of much, because she secures all of her posts quite soundly. I can also confirm she has spoke with Seaman Might Gai as well. The two of them seem to be familiar.
Uchiha and the girl had a discussion about Doma. She's questioning the outcome with the Lunasa bomber and says it seems too sudden. I think she has encrypted it better part of the way through, however, the conversation seemed incomplete. I've been unable to break it. The entire conversation was also encrypted to Seaman Gai as well. I'm unsure how the three know each other, however.
Other than that, all I have been able to determine is that he has had several conversations about the Doma poisoning, most of the available over the journal system without encryption. He states he does not believe the 4423's guilt. Even in light of the new evidence, however, it seemed as though his assurance came quite early.
I'm afraid I can't be of much more help, Commander. I'm sure Uchiha or Gai's journals would be able to provide more information.
