Did not snag any of the graphic novels I was looking for, but did see the parade Saturday from Ghostbusters to the end.
The Hulk Vs(Wolverine we all fell asleep after, in spite of Deadpool's awesomeness, The Thor one was much better) Blu-ray was on sale at Best Buy, Outlander(pretty good movie) and the other DVDs were from Blockbuster.
Dragoncon We went to a variety of panels including the Gonzo Panel Show where Adam Savage from Mythbusters had to argue for the existence of UFO Abductions.
Saw a couple of Voice acting panels, and got Neil Kaplan's signature(3x actually) He really seemed down to earth and friendly(and he updates his own IMDB page, unlike some other voice actors). He is really proud of his voice work on Starcraft II. His graphic novel I of the Wolf looks to be very interesting and disturbing, looking forward to picking it up when it releases.
Codemonkeys(on G4) is pretty entertaining, at least the unaired Pilot was hilarious.
Saw the first half of the first episode of the new season of Venture Brothers. Kevin Conroy provides the voice for a character who it makes sense for him to voice given what the character is a spoof of. Oh, and not in the episode, but a question someone asked at the Venture Bros. Panel: Helen Keller vs. Anne Frank.
After The Devastator's Got NardsPresentation/discussion I won a T-shirt and a ticket to GMX in Nashville Oct 2-4 by knowing that it was Spider-man who teamed up with Gears.
http://www.whatisgmx.net I think the site might be down at the moment but hopefully it will be back up shortly. thatguywiththeglasses AKA Nostalgia Critic will be there.
I need to figure out if I can make it, given that it isn't in one day driving range, and that I'd actually have to take time off for it.
Oh, and it is kind of satisfying to hear that it took two people to do what I normally handle by myself, and to get a warm welcome back to work hug. That being said I'll wrap this up now.
