Fourth Shot
[Shortly after hearing the call that was broadcast to the town, Jr. will be marching up to City Hall. With a calm bordering on madness, he casually activates his Red Dragon ability, which - even limited as it currently is - still creates the air around him to shimmer from the heat.
He strolls up to the front door, creating several small fires around him as he walks. He pauses briefly at the front door to knock, even as it becomes engulfed in flames.]
Excuse me. I'd like to speak with the Mayor. I believe you're looking for me. You see, I was the one that decided to hide that Russian guy.
