The Median price per square foot for living space on the East side of Manhattan is $1,100, so for around $2,000 you could have enough room to stand (though probably not enough space to turn around)
The Median price for a Condo on the East side, $1,300,000
Nationwide the median home price fell 3% to $221,000
Wow.
