Things I am happy about:
-I have rediscovered my intense love of baking, and tonight I made an exquisite banana bread.
-My pursuit of plant growing is still going spendid. Plants are added, and old ones are mostly doing fine. I am also plant sitting, and I have to say, it's going to be hard to give those guys up. I named them all after characters in Six Feet Under
-Which brings me to the next thing that makes me happy: Six Feet Under
-Although my living room went from "the factory showroom floor to, no furniture at all...I still have a living room? With a glorious fire place
-The great moment where all of my ninth graders cracked up today after I sarcastically accussed them all of being homicidal maniacs. It was the first time I was myself the whole week to good effect.
-My candle bounty from Illuminations
-Maddie (duh)
-The relationship I have with my liquor store staff
-My downstairs neighbors :)
-Feeling like a grandma for wanting to go to bed at one on a friday night.
I could make a list of the things that are making me unhappy in life right now, and it would be twice as long and three times more detailed, But for the first time in my life I am tired of making those sort of records.
