(no subject)
from tuesday to friday(today) ive been waking up around 5:45am & getting picked up at 6:30am ive been going to megans church with carissa to help with VBS. its a program to teach little kids about god. we were crew leaders (i was kinda just a helper) along with other teenagers to guide the little kids around. we did 5 activies each day. games, acting, snack, craft, movies. me & megans group had 10 kids from 4 to 6 yrs old. all the kids were so cute. first we'd go to christian & evans house. 2 adorable twins & wake them up & dress & feed them.
then we were off to the church which took a kinda a long ride but thats when us 3 napped in the back of the van. then we'd get there around 7:30 - 8ish & set up & just kinda hang out until 9:15 when all the crew leaders would meet & dicuss whats happening that day. 9:30 the kids would come & we'd sing these songs & do these dance moves (like sign language) then we'd do our actives & be done by 12 & then we'd clean up & hang around the church & eat lunch while megs mom cleaned. around 3? we'd dropped christian & evan off & get home around 4 - 4:30.
all four days it was nothing but fun. i loved the kids. today was the funnest though. afterwards me, meg & rissa went to justin(8) & julias(5) to swim. they were in the program too & meg used to babysit them. they are the cutest kids ever. i love justin, hes my boy<33 it was such a fun time. i was so glad i went to vbs. it was so worth getting up at 5:45. its something ill never forget. everything was fun, even the car rides. i definletly wanna do it again next year.
