(no subject)
so my big sister graduates on saturday... I'm so proud of her for getting thru four years of university.... goodness knows how i was thru my two year stint, and her school seemed much more horrible than mine was. but there will be crying(my mom)and tickling (me) and photo-taking(my dad) and squeeing(adam)(i mean amy) and general good times. i finally get to dress up for something again.. which i really like to do but don't get to do very often. i wish i could wear skirts with sandals to work. and that i didn't have to wear black bottoms. or that i had other occasions to dress up for other than work. though that is an aspect that i do enjoy, being forced to look presentable. And for her gift i will bring her the photo i just found of her and a boy(oh yes, a boy. complete with boy parts and all.... i'm assuming that, i didn't check) from the banquet when she was in grade ten. in her lovely emerald/aquay coloured dress. I LOVE YOU.
in other news, my keyboard has shrunk or something because my keys are not where they used to be and it is causing me a great deal of agrivation as i have to keep correcting my mistakes.
I really don't feel the need to sleep. i am not tired, in fact i am craving some coffee, so i think i might have myself one. and since i've been getting 12 hours of sleep nightly, i can stand to run off of say 4 for one night. which means i can stay up untill 2:30. if only i wasn't bored.
so in the wedding department, i have the components of my veil, just need to put it together, i have the dress ordered, the hall and church and photographer booked, date picked, i'm sorting out the decorations in my head, some of the church decorations are already bought, flowers are decided on, and that's about as far as plans are. yep.
also, i am on a shopping lent. if that makes any sense. it means i am not allowed to buy anything for the next week and a half. well it's kinda like a week now because it was since last payday, and the only thing i am allowed to buy is gas. i've been doing pretty good. except getting my hair done which dosen't count. and anything bought with a gift card. so ikea, here i come.
