(no subject)
well this past week has been great.
on thursday i ended up getting a ride to the evergreen terrace show with jim, mallory, mat...and lenny...cool kids let me tell you. the show was just tooo awsome. on broken wings' performance was just sick! they're soo fucking awsome. evergreen terrace was fuckin great. and so were all the other bands cept the first one and OSB. ha..yea...the show was good and the crowd was great. i saw many people i knew and adore. people that i'm actually happy to see. and i met some cool kids too.
friday- could have gone to chaos fest...but didnt' cuz i was planning on goin to the black dalia murder/ ETID/Scarlet at the fireside....soo genni drives there...we get assaulted by this man on a bike. [that was seriously scary] and when we finally get there...we find out it got sold out two days ago. we figured half those people would be at chaos fest...but we figured wrong.
saturday- this was just a great day!......went to theBled/ ASL show...and saw all my awsome friends. i love you guys. met this kid jason and his friends from omaha...cool kids....and over all it was grand. cept for the stupid people in the pit....i got pisst off in there and just punched the shit out of whatever got in my way. and i accidently hit poor samsam in the face. but yea...seeing a static lullaby was so beautiful. i got my heart stolen by joe once again. *sigh* so many memories.
sunday- my brothers band went in for recording..and i had to go cuz the song i do is gonna be on there. the day was long...and boring...but it was nice. and a whole new expierience....we have a rough draft copy but that alone sounds good the song i do is the 3rd one...and i scream with my brother on the second breakdown. ha..and later on i find out that the guy who's producing the demo use to be in a band called From Zero...and i remember hearing them on Q101. ha..that guy is awsome. the demos will be handed out at Rock n Roll prom so if you want one you should go to it...if not..i can send you one or something.
